Change Save to Comment

For comment submit buttons we currently have:

"Comment" (Changeset Comments)
"Add Comment" (Issue Comments)
"Comment" (Note Comments)
"Save" (Diary Comments)

So, to make them consistent, I'd propose to change "Save" to "Comment"
